Curves has established an enviable reputation within local communities for supporting charities. During the past year, the club and all its members have worked tirelessly for charities, locally and nationally, raising phenomenal amounts of cash.
The club also supports Building for the Future - a new charity which has been set up by representatives of five existing local
charities and groups, all of whom give support to disabled children. These are:
Our most recent success was the fantastic Charity Calendar which has helped us to raise over £600 so far in aid of Building for the Future Wokingham. In total, the twelve Calendar Girls have lost 318lbs, 313 inches and a staggering 71% of body fat - now that's amazing!
